Reflections Calendar wishes to thank all the sponsors and contributors for all the incredible support. We wish to thank all the sales volunteers and everyone who has bought copies of the calendar for themselves and as gifts- thanks to your generosity, Reflections Calendar has delivered almost $2500 to Tooele Valley Community Cooperative. Thanks to you, TVCC will be able to help many families and make a brighter Christmas for many children in the Tooele valley.

Thank You and have a safe, warm Merry Christmas!

reflections calendarJust a little reminder about the Reflections Calendar- we still have some calendars available for purchase. Calendars are $5 each and 100% of sales benefits the Tooele Valley Community Cooperative. This is such a great organization and they really need the funds at this time of year. TVCC helps families and individuals in crisis in the Tooele valley.

Calendars make great gifts for everyone on your list and you’ll be helping a great cause as well. You may purchase your own copy on the Reflections Calendar website through Paypal and I will mail it out to you in time for Christmas.  If you live in town, please check the “Where to Buy” page for a complete list of local retailers who carry the calendar in their stores.

We appreciate all the help!

I met these siblings last friday evening and the weather was just gorgeous. The late afternoon light was simply beautiful.

They were last year’s Tooele Transcript’s Christmas Benefit Fund recipients and won a gift certificate for a mini session from me. I was very happy when they contacted me to schedule this session, we had so much fun!

More to come soon!

Announcing the Reflections Calendar!

Reflections by Cindy is producing a fundraising calendar to benefit the Tooele Valley Community Cooperative. Local businesses will sponsor the costs of printing the calendar and 100% of the sales will go directly to TVCC, specifically to children in need and their families.

At this point, we are in the stages of contacting businesses in order to get the funds. If you are a local business or know of one, please send them this info or contact me. Sponsorship options start at $50 and $150. Sponsors will have an 1.5×3 ad space in month calendar page.

The calendar has been designed and I have a sample printed to show anyone who is interested. We are hoping we will be able to get it out for sale to the public on November 1st. The cost of the calendar will be $5 with local tax included and we will have 1000 calendars available for sale.

Please visit the site for more information.

You may remeber this announcement that I did in March.

If you haven’t noticed my home page recently, I have joined  another wonderful non-profit organization:

kccplainChildren’s causes are very dear to my heart, and I look forward to serving these brave children and their dedicated families.

Please visit their website and become their fan on Facebook.

Recently, my 16 month old boy was diagnosed with a small heart defect. We had to travel to Primary’s Children Medical Center on 2 different days for appointments and tests. While his condition only requires monitoring for now, I did see a lot of parents of very sick children, and my heart went out to them. As a parent, I don’t think there is anything worse than watching your child suffer and not being able to take that suffering yourself.

I’m sharing this because I have decided to join a wonderful organization that celebrates brave children-

I invite you to visit their website (you can click on the image too) and read about our littlest heroes around us.
