Do you remember this collage that I made with images from my Summer trip to Portugal?

I finally ordered it and it arrived last week:

This one is 16×16 inches in size and I call it a display portrait- I love the way it turned out!

They take a photographic print and wrap it around a lightly  padded mounting:

The back is finished in black and then a gatorboard block is applied to hang it on the wall. This gives the appearance of ‘floating’, hence the name.

Take my word for it, it looks awesome on a wall, it makes quite a statement.

This one will be traveling over the ocean, it’s a gift to my mom. My children have already chastised me for only ordering one, they wanted one for our walls too. I think I will be ordering more!
