I couldn’t resist showing a few more of these beautiful children, they have gorgeous eyes.

I met these siblings this morning- big brother and big sister were really good helpers and we had so much fun!

This is a sneak peek for their mom- ‘S’, thanks for inviting me over, your children are so gorgeous!

These are my little guys, half of my inspiration. Sometimes I get so busy that I forget they are the reason why I started this photography journey. We had a mini session this morning and, despite their being so busy, I was able to capture some of their cute expressions.

The younger one is almost 17 months, and although his hair is kind of shaggy, I can’t get myself to have his baby curls cut. His “big” brother will be 3 1/2 years next month, he’s 42.5″ tall, and looks so much older here. I love their smiling eyes. I love that I was able to get this ‘slice in time’, how they are today.

This is what life is about, remembering the little moments; photographs are the perfect medium to record these in our memories and our hearts:

Recently, my 16 month old boy was diagnosed with a small heart defect. We had to travel to Primary’s Children Medical Center on 2 different days for appointments and tests. While his condition only requires monitoring for now, I did see a lot of parents of very sick children, and my heart went out to them. As a parent, I don’t think there is anything worse than watching your child suffer and not being able to take that suffering yourself.

I’m sharing this because I have decided to join a wonderful organization that celebrates brave children-

I invite you to visit their website (you can click on the image too) and read about our littlest heroes around us.

I am so excited to announce that you can now see some of my work at the office of Tooele Pediatrics.

Dr. Greg Haroutunian and his staff needed some artwork for their three exam rooms and I feel very privileged to have been able to provided it.

Here they are, 3 Fine Art Gallery Wrap Canvases, each is 20×24″ in size:

They hang separately, one in each room. These photos do not do them any justice, they are gorgeous in person. If you need directions to their office, you can go to their website Tooele Pediatrics .

Even though I usually prefer the lighter backdrops for newborn sessions, I decided to try something different this time. Little Canyon’s mom was up for anything and I’m always grateful when parents give me ‘carte blanche’ for creativity; it makes each session more unique.

Meet little Canyon, 6 days old, and not quite 6 lbs.

I spent over 2 hours at his home on Saturday morning and he slept the whole time, barely made a peep. He’s completely adorable,  and I just love all the dark hair, so gorgeous.

“R”, thank you so much for inviting me over, I had so much fun meeting your little guy. Hope you enjoy these!
